The Hokorian State, known commonly as Hokoria, is a self-declared state that borders the United Kingdom and Hong Kong. It was founded in April 2022 by Willow Dziedzic, who currently serves as the nation’s Koru.
Hokoria is a founding member of the IUCC, joining on December 30, 2025.
